Join us for a free live workshop to understand what’s changing, why it’s happening, and how to move forward with clarity, steadiness, and agency.
...and get an understanding of what's changing in your body and why it’s impacting your mood, tolerance, relationships, and sense of self
— without shame, dismissal, or “just push through” advice.
“I don’t feel like myself — I don’t know
who I am anymore and can’t keep
living like this.”
“I’m exhausted from guessing and second-guessing…I don’t even trust myself”
“I’m doing all the ‘right’ things, but still can’t lose weight and I’m tired of feeling tired all of the damn time!”
“I need structured guidance through this process - I feel so alone and lost.”
“It feels like EVERYTHING in my life is changing and I don’t know where to begin.”
You’re in the right place.

Most women are left piecing together symptoms, Google searches, social media advice, and half-answers — often being told it’s “just hormones,” “just stress,” or something they should simply tolerate.
This workshop exists because midlife isn’t one problem — and it isn’t one system.
It’s your body, nervous system, relationships, and identity shifting at the same time — without a clear map for how to navigate it.
When information is fragmented, women end up blaming themselves.
When it’s integrated, things begin to make sense.

Meet Rita Driscoll
Co-Founder | The Midlife Mastery Reset Series
Rita Driscoll is a seasoned entrepreneur, wellness executive, and transformational guide for midlife women ready to reclaim their health, confidence, and vitality.
With decades of experience building and leading high-growth businesses, and as a co-founder of a functional and anti-aging medicine clinic - Rita has worked at the intersection of hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight loss, longevity, and mindset transformation. Her work bridges clinical insight with real-world execution, helping women cut through confusion, misinformation, and burnout to achieve sustainable results.
The Midlife Mastery Reset Series was born from Rita’s own journey and from working closely with thousands of women navigating hormonal shifts, weight resistance, fatigue, brain fog, and the emotional upheaval that often arrives in midlife. She recognized a critical gap: women weren’t failing - the system was. They were being under-informed, under-supported, and over-prescribed surface-level solutions.
Rita’s approach is different.
She focuses on education, empowerment, and strategy - teaching women how hormones, metabolism, peptides, nutrition, movement, and nervous-system regulation actually work together in midlife. Her philosophy centers on restoring agency: understanding your body, asking better questions, and making informed decisions with confidence.
Through The Midlife Mastery Reset Series, Rita combines medical-grade education with practical, actionable guidance - designed for real women with real lives so midlife becomes a turning point, not a decline.
Her message is simple but powerful:
Cher Meli is a Private Advisor for Women in Midlife, supporting women through periods of transition—identity shifts, relationship recalibration, and moments where clarity matters more than speed.
She is the founder of Midlife Mastery™, a live experience and reinvention framework delivered through curated events, immersive gatherings, and guided practices, and the host of the Confessions of a Selfish Bitch podcast.

What she brings:
25+ years as a yoga + meditation teacher and private advisor, guiding women through life transitions and identity shifts
Nervous system regulation and perspective work that restores steadiness, clarity, and self-trust before major decisions are made
Embodied resilience practices that help women integrate change—emotionally, relationally, and practically
Shadow-informed reinvention work to dissolve inherited beliefs, self-abandonment, and survival-based patterns—without judgment or spiritual fluff
Sold-out retreat and experiential leadership that turns insight into lived transformation, not just understanding

No. This workshop is educational, supportive, and integrative. It’s designed to help you understand what’s happening in midlife and how different forms of support fit together.
Any medical decisions should always be made with a qualified healthcare provider.
(Translation: we inform, orient, and empower — we don’t diagnose or prescribe.)
Yes. A replay will be available for a limited time, so you can watch (or rewatch) in a way that fits your life.
Yes — and also for women who simply feel off and know something is shifting.
Midlife doesn’t arrive on a schedule, and this workshop is designed around lived experience, not labels.
No. The opposite.
This workshop is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it. You’ll leave with clarity, a simple reset map, and a grounded sense of what matters now — not a long list of things to do.
Approximately 60–75 minutes, including Q&A.
Enough time to go deep — without taking over your day.
You’re looking for a quick fix, a miracle protocol, or someone to tell you exactly what to do without reflection or choice.
You want one answer to solve everything — rather than understanding how body, nervous system, relationships, and identity interact in midlife.
You’re not open to considering that this chapter may require a different way of living, not just better coping.
You’re hoping to outsource responsibility for your wellbeing instead of engaging with it thoughtfully.
You'll leave with:
A clear understanding of what’s changing — in your body, nervous system, relationships, and sense of self — and why it’s affecting how you feel and live.
A Reset Map to stabilize energy, mood, and overwhelm and a Mastery lens to help you orient your choices, boundaries, and next chapter.
A confident next step — choosing between Reset (body-based support) or Mastery (identity, decision-making, and reinvention) — without pressure or urgency.
